CREATING A NON-CANCER TERRAIN AS AN

INTERVENTION

AGAINST CANCER – PROMOTING A HEALTHY BODY, MIND, SPIRIT – A PROACTIVE STRATEGY – WANTING TO GET WELL!

**Listed below are SPECIFIC strategies for intervening with someone who may have cancer. Please note that it is imperative that you consult with a natural or conventional health practitioner that you trust in implementing these strategies in your life or a life of a loved one. The health practitioner will review the procedures necessary as well as provide written and research materials that can empower all concerned in understanding the items listed.

The following may be of significant interest when intervening and re-establishing a NON-CANCER TERRAIN with someone who may have a cancer.

1.   Regulate water and “PH” – See “PH” Balance link- listing 8 items under “What To Do If Our Body Is Too Acidic?”

2.   CHANGE / ALTER NUTRITION IMMEDIATELY – USE ONLY ORGANIC!

a. Consume raw (grass-fed) dairy products fed no antibiotics, steroids, or grazed on pesticide fields.

b. Eat free-range eggs rich in major nutrients and amino acids – protein building.

c. Consume the flax seed oil recipe EACH MORNING – make sure it includes 4-5 tablespoons of Barleans Flax Oil.

d. Use coconut oil in cooking. It is very anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial.

e. Consume fermented soy products – such as miso and tempeh – avoid GMO soy products.

f. Consume fermented veggies such as sauerkraut, juices, etc.

g. Consume fermented milk products – kefir, yogurt, buttermilk.

h. Consume raw butter / cream from grass-fed cows.

i. Consume sprouted grain products.

j. Consume pigmented rich fruits – blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, prunes, plums, cherries.

k. Ocean fish such as sardines, salmon, sea veggies.

l. Consume veggies – cook in organic butter and olive oil – cook lightly – dale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, asparagus, garlic and onions, winter squashes, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, any greens.

m. Limit organic meats (no pork) – consume 4 times more fruits and veggies.

n. Eat tropical fruits – pineapple, mango, papaya, etc.

3.   FOODS TO AVOID

a. Processed sugar. No refined carbs.

b. No vegetable oils or hydrogenated fats – NO CRISCO.

c. DO USE FIRST-COLD PRESSED, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS.

d. No processed dairy foods or conventionally raised meats.

e. Limit wheat , use brown rice and brown rice products instead.

f. No refined soy products.

f. No fluorine, chlorine, enzyme inhibitors, carcinogens, that suppress iodine – suppress thyroid.

g. Pesticide-laden produce – especially potatoes, apples, strawberries, coffee bananas, celery, onions, etc.

h. Foods containing artificial colors – very carcinogenic.

i. All processed (canned / frozen) foods.

j. All microwaved and barbecued foods.

*Use foods in their natural state, cook them lightly until crispy and eat. No boxed foods, or quick meals – prepare foods in their natural state and eat them. Nothing altered.

4.   SUPPLEMENTS

a. IMMEDIATELY BEGIN DIGESTIVE ENZYMES

b. IMMEDIATELY BEGIN THERAPEUTIC DOSES OF PROBIOTICS

c. Immediately begin therapeutic doses of SYSTEMIC ENZYMES – at bed and BETWEEN meals

d. Begin a complete multi-vitamin / multi-mineral / Greens supplement – max dose – with “NAC” – N-acetyl cysteine – A POTENT DETOX OF LIVER

e. Extra zinc – up to 100-140 mg / day

f. Selenium – up to 400-600 mcg / day

g. Vitamin “D” – up to 5,000 IU / day

h. CO-enzyme Q10 – up to 600 mg / day

i. HCL – extra hydrochloric acid for digestion – contains Betaine and papain

j. Green Tea with Silica (Horsetail Grass Tea) – 7-10 Cups per day – antioxidant and cellular builder

k. Calcium / Magnesium supplement WITH silica, boron, And vitamin “D” for absorption AT BED.

l. Echinacea Tea – anti-viral , anti-bacterial – 5 cups / D.

m. Flax OIL (not seeds or ground seeds) - 2000 mg / day 4-6 tablespoons / day – in formula with yogurt, cinnamon, fruit, honey, fiber

n. Fish oil - 1000 mg / day

o. Cinnamon - one teaspoon per day with food.

p. Alpha lipoic Acid – potent antioxidant – 500-600 mg/d (consume with flax oil)

q. Cellular detox containing glutathione and super- Oxide dismutase

r. Cellular / liver / cellular detox containing chlorella and Spirulina – binding agents for toxins / chemicals / metals

** Remove all chemical HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS / PRODUCTS and PERSONAL CARE ITEMS – MOVE TO ALL NATURAL / ORGANIC – Must decrease input of toxins!!!!!!!!!

** Discontinue use of ALL OUTSIDE CHEMICALS, PESTICIDES, TERMITE SERVICES, ETC. – ask neighbors also.

** Go with hardwood floors / no carpets if possible – open windows as much as possible – off-gassing of man-made materials / glues, etc. Put interior car circulation on interior mode to limit exhaust intake for surrounding vehicles.

** Must use water filtration system for all use!!!
